Coatbridge High School-Handbook-2022-23

The P7 children had the opportunity to visit Lockerbie manor for a week full of activities and fun with the P7s from Carnbroe Primary. We had a great week making new friends and participating in some new experiences such as fencing, abseiling and paddle boarding. A growth mind set helped many of us to overcome some fears and achieve things we didn’t think we could do. We loved staying in the pods and everyone agreed  the food was amazing. We are looking forward to sharing more experiences with our new friends from Carnbroe Primary.

February Update

Following on from the successful Halloween Disco the Parent Council have organised a Valentine’s Disco . The Disco is for P1 to 7 pupils and will take place on Thursday 16th February from 6.30pm-8.00pm. Please see below for further details.

Congratulations to our gold, silver and bronze Star Race winners.

The star writers have impressed us with their recount and narrative writing. Mrs Johnston and Mrs Paterson loved reading their imaginative stories.

Our Sumdog Champions have shown amazing maths skills. Keep up the great work.

The friendship award winners have shown that they know the qualities we need to be a good friend.

Congratulations to our January Sikeside Sparklers. They have started the new term with a great attitude to their learning.
