Our Eco Committee meet at least once a term to discuss our Eco action points and targets. The committee consists of pupils from P1-7  a parent member and staff from both the school and nursery. We have been working on Health and Wellbeing, Food and the Environment and Litter.

P1/2 won our recent Eco code competition and we are proud to share our new Eco Code with you;

Sikeside Eco Code

Turning taps off to save water,

Turn lights off to save energy,

Recycle plastic and paper too,

Healthy snacks is what we do,

Use scrap paper on each side,

And brush your teeth to make them shine.
