Welcome to our blog

We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to our blog.  This is going to be an excellent means of keeping up to date with the life of the Centre.

We will be using the blog to post details and photographs of the children’s learning and development, along with details of all events taking place,  minutes of meetings and newsletters.

Birth to Three

Following allocations at the recent Birth to Three Admissions Panel we would like to welcome the new families who will be joining the Centre.  We hope that your time with us will be helpful and you will be able to join in the many Family Learning opportunities available.

We have two more parent and child sessions remaining with Katie  from Cultural NL.  These are held in the Sunshine Room on a Thursday morning from 9 am until 9.45 am.  The cost of participating is free.

Big Garden Tidy

With Spring fast approaching the gardens are in need of some adult attention.  We had set aside Wednesday 4th March from 8.30 am until 6.30 pm where any adult can come along and help with the following;

Dismantling broken planters

Digging over the vegetable plots and spreading mulch

Powerwashing and general tidy.

Due to health, safety and security,please note that no children will be using the outdoor play spaces when this is taking place.

ECO leads Carly and Pamela will be taking names of volunteers prior to ordering a skip.

Unfortunately due to the incremental weather it has been agreed to postpone.  Apologies for the short notice.  The next date is scheduled for Tuesday 24 th March.
