My Running Blog🏃🏼

Hi, my name is Lauren, I’m 9 years old and I live in Scotland with my 2 sisters and my little brother.  My hobbies are volleyball, gymnastics, swimming, running, football and cycling.  And this is what this blog is about, my running experiences and some tips about running.

Now I’ve been going to running for 2 and a half years, but I’ve only been to 1 competition; club championships.  I came 1st on my 60m sprint, 11th on my 600m race and for my shot put, my throw distance was 2.8m.  I really enjoyed that day.

Here are a few tips for running:-

  1. Always keep your head up, straight and focus on where you are running to. This will help you concentrate instead of talking and not doing what you have been told to do and there is a 90% chance that you will come last in the race.
  2. Remember to do pocket socket and that is where you swing your arms like you would normally do in running but you put one arm to your eye socket and the other to where your pocket in your trousers would normally be. This helps you to run faster
  3. And FOCUS ON YOUR RUNNING! That’s the most important thing.

Anyway, thank you for reading all about my running experiences.
