On Thursday 18th February, Primary 6a and Primary 6b visited Edinburgh Zoo as part of their Interdisciplinary Learning on the Rainforest. We had a visit from a lot of animals including a royal python, a white tree frog and a hissing cockroach (which come from Madagascar). We also got to hold and touch these animals, apart from the tree frog. It was a great and informative day and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Primary 6a and Primary 6b were decorating empty jars for Art. We were including different media so that the jars would look good when a tealight was inserted. Our finished articles looked fantastic.

A huge thanks to Mr Shanks and Mr Watterson who have kindly sponsored our school in order for us to receive new sports strips. Our guests of honour were present at our assembly this morning to see how good our strips look on. Thank you again for all your support.

Snow Much Fun in P4 :)

This morning the boys and girls in primary four were working super hard so as a treat we went outside and had a snowman competition.

The children worked in teams to make the best snowman out on our decking area. They had lots of fun!
