Primary 6 were focusing on their co-ordination and problem solving skills during P.E. last week. They had to work together to move from one end of the hall to the other. However, they were not allowed to touch water (floor). They could only use two rafts (mats) to help get them to the other side in a limited time. Sadly, one team got stranded in the water by throwing their raft too far into the water.
P7b worked in pairs/ trios to create their own lunar theme park. They had to budget, plan & readjust throughout the task. The most challenging part for some of the groups appeared to be “agreeing on a name!!!!” Some of the names were very creative-

On Friday 17th June, the members of the RotaKids recieved their annual citation, presented by Nancy Rule (RotaKids Coordinator for District 1020). Accompanied by Ian Rule (past district governor district 1020), John Beever and Ronnie Wright, the children performed a song at assembly before receiving their award. A huge thanks to everyone for all their support with the RotaKids.
Primary 6 were challenged to work collaboratively to create and design a rock and roll waistcoat, using recycled material. Here they are designing their base waistcoat. They had to utilise their measure, estimation and pattern skills
