Collecting Leaves

This afternoon, primary two went out into the front playground to collect leaves for their learning.

They had to make sure the leaves were dry, on the ground and had good veins in order to make effective leaf rubbings.

The children also used their senses to create an Autumn poem.

Open Day /Evening

It was great to see the children having fun yesterday, showing their families round the nursery and having the opportunity to share their learning and favourite nursery activities.

RRS Meeting

This afternoon, the children, parents and teachers who are part of the RRS Committee met today to discuss important areas of our journey. Our meeting was very productive and a lot of great ideas were discussed. We are excited to put our plans into action.

The minutes of today’s meeting will follow in a separate post so watch out for it.
