Primary 7 had a fantastic day working at the carwash as part of our whole school fundraising day. We managed to raise just over £170 from the car wash alone. Thanks to everyone who helped, donated or came along to get their cars washed. It is always greatly appreciated. Here are some pictures of P7 in full swing…
Primary 7 Enterprise Task with Airdrie Academy
Primary 7 were asked to take part in an Enterprise task with S5 at Airdrie Academy. The S5 pupils wrote a story that will be published and they asked if we could illustrate the story for them, which means, if we are chosen our illustrations will feature in the book also. Science in P7 – Earthquake experiment
Primary 7 planned and carried out an Earthquake Science Experiment.’ The aim of the experiment was to create a structure that could survive the jelly earthquake. We used marshmallows, cocktail sticks and jelly. Below are some of the pictures of the outcome.

P7 and P7b: Planning and Preparing for Sky Academy
Primary 7 are visiting Sky Academy tomorrow to take part in the ‘Skills Studio Journey.’ They will focus on Social Networking. The children will be given opportunities to develop skills such as, creativity, problem solving, communication, teamwork and self-management by producing their very own news report.
