- Applications can be completed and handed directly to the first choice setting along with the necessary supporting paperwork
- Parents/carers may wish to email the application form directly to the first choice setting (enquiries-at-newmonkland@northlan.org.uk), supporting paperwork can be sent as a photo attachment for those that don’t have access to a scanning facility.
- Please ensure three choices must be provided.

- Paper applications can still be accepted where parents/carers do not have access to IT. Parents/carers unable to provide their current council tax bill can register with the Council Tax portal and obtain a copy View and manage your council tax account online | North Lanarkshire Council
- Please ensure that a copy of the birth certificate is provided for UK Nationals and a Passport/Identity Card for non UK Nationals
