This week we have been reading the story of Katie Morag and the New Pier. In Taught writing we made posters for people to come to the opening of the new pier. Our challenge on Wednesday afternoon was to create a new pier using building blocks, lego , iPads and the smartboard. We worked in small groups and had lots of fun. We think we met Miss McCormick’s challenge and all designed some really good piers and bridges.
