The children in the green group have been learning how to keep healthy. We have been cooking and tasting healthy foods, discussing healthy and unhealthy foods an participating in physical exercise while moving and co-ordinating our bodies in a shared space. We have been discussing our body parts and the importance of these. We are also aware of the importance of hand washing, washing dishes and tooth brushing and are able to demonstrate some of these skills.

“Veins pump our blood round our bodies.”
“We use our brain to think and learn.”
“We breath in fresh air.”
“My heart beats fast because I was jogging and skipping.”
