We have been outdoors all week, regardless of the weather, learning to ride our bikes.  This week, so far, 6 children have learned to ride a 2 wheeled pedal bike.  They learned the skills required, by practising balancing and manoeuvring on a balance bike at first.  When these skills were in place, they then moved to a two wheeled pedal bike to transfer these skills successfully.  So big massive CONGRATULATIONS to Katie, Calum, Ryan, Coran, Jamie and Zander.  Keep an eye on our One Lan System (TV on wall in cloakroom) next week to see some videos of your proud children riding their bike.

Many children are becoming increasingly confident in using a balance bike and will soon be moving on to a two wheeled pedal bike.  We will keep you up to date with their progress.
