The children of The Sunshine Room have did lots of baking since the beginning of the new term.  They worked together to discuss some ideas for recipes.  We then wrote shopping lists and walked to the shop to buy what we needed.  The children have worked we together and took turns when required to.  They have been involved in lots of different learning during this process, such as, mixing, weighing, measuring, sharing, spreading and an opportunity to developing their literacy skills through our shopping lists and looking at recipe book.
