Have a go at these pages about probability. As usual I will post the answers after lunch for you to self assess.

Spend a few minutes reading these Lenten prayers then see if you can come up with some of your own.

Boys and girls, Mrs Cowie managed to join the class chat after our call finished this morning. She said to say that she’s delighted that so many of you have already joined the Our Lady’s High School Team. If you haven’t yet had the chance to join the Team, please aim to do this before the end of the week. Remember you’ll join the team using the code, given to you from the high school, any problems let us know.

Mrs Cowie has asked that for the tasks set by the high school, the work you complete if you can post that back to the high school.

Each subject area will have a channel for you to post your work back through. For example, if Science set a task, you’ll do your best to complete it and post it back to the Science channel, a staff member from that department will then be able to give you some feedback and you’ll get to know that staff member.

Mrs Cowie said that she’s hoping to join us, over Teams for the next three Wednesdays so if you have any questions or your adults at home do, then there will be lots of opportunities to do this.

I’ve taken inspiration for today’s word from the image below, which I think is just wonderful. The word is ‘compassion’. I’d love to know your thoughts of the image. Bonus point if you can identify the street.

PFFA

For those of you wondering whether their PFFA journal was in class, I’ve just checked and there are only two in the tray, one belonging to Oliver the other to Shay. Please check your school bag and bedroom and try your best to bring your PFFA journal to school next week.

Your task for today is to draw up a list of three famous victorians you’d like to know more about. I’ve posted two websites below you may wish to look at before deciding. I’ll take on board all requests and we’ll aim to cover the lives of some of the individuals before the Easter holidays.
