Great that so many of you were able to login to Studyladder yesterday, almost half the class! If you haven’t yet logged in or you have yet to complete all the set tasks, see if you can spend some time on the site today.

I’m hoping that many of you are still either to complete the first part of the 3r’s, set yesterday, or have just still to email it to me.

Remember the first part was non-calculator and I asked for you to show working.

The activity for today is to complete the second part of the 3r’s and today you can make use of a calculator. Please take care to read and think what the question is asking. I have attached both parts below. Any problems, let me know.

As today is Shrove Tuesday I thought it would be fun to learn about this important day and if you are able to I’ve attached a recipe for making pancakes.

You’ll recall that before the mid-term break we thought about mental health and part of that was the different ways in which you can express yourself in order that you can share how you are feeling. The attachment below is a Powerpoint of ideas, in order for it to work though once you open it click on view slide show then click on today’s date. You can use this calendar every day for the rest of the month if you wish. Enjoy!

Proof Reading Soccer Answers

So we now have two volunteers for the bidding prayers meaning we are still looking for three. Please have a think about this, the prayers are very short and can be emailed to you in plenty of time.

This coming Wednesday marks the start of the season of Lent as it is Ash Wednesday. Ordinarily we would go over to Church to hear Mass and receive ashes, this year will be slightly different.

Father Kenny will broadcast Mass at 10.30am and he would like five p7’s to read a short bidding prayer. Millie-Kate has already volunteered so I’m hoping to hear from four of you at some point today if you would like to be involved.
