For art today I’d like you to give some thought to the artist L.S.Lowry. He was born during the reign of Queen Victoria and his works are known to depict the scenes of industrialiastion that took place as the 1900’s progressed.
I have attached an interview with the artist himself along with PowerPoint of information all about him. Once you have viewed the detail your task is to try to recreate one of his famous works, I have attached some examples of his work for you to check out.
Now you can just use your ordinary writing pencil for this or even charcoal or palette paints if you have any at home.
