P5/6 Speaking Swahili

Today during IDL time, we learned some words in Swahili. Swahili is an African language spoken by around 120 million people. We learned how to say;

 Hello – Jambo

How are you? – Habari gani?

 I’m fine – Mzuri sana
Here is a video of us singing a Swahili song called “Yesu Ni Wangu”
