We have introduced a Challenge Table in the nursery. Every week there is a new challenge that the boys and girls can come and try. This week they had to match colours and shapes. Everyone has really enjoyed having a go!

We are introducing a new concept called ‘German Class of the Week’. Primaries 4-7 will be involved in this.
Congratulations Primary 7 for being last week’s winning class.
We are learning about German through a variety of different media. Singing German songs enables us to get a feel for the language and it is great fun. Currently we are learning about using German greetings, numbers and colours. More and more English classroom instructions are being substituited for German ones.
We do a lot of interactive activities and our class iPads are invaluable. Our class Smartboard allows us to work co-operatively to achieve success.
There are several very good online websites we use at school. These can also be accessed at home. Details of these are currently being issued to the pupils and will also be published in next Week’s blog.
Well, done to Hannah, Chloe, Matthew and Kyle who all shared some of their personal achievements with us this week. They all did well at their individual sports. Great work and well done. Mrs Inglis
