Nut Allergy
Can I remind all parents/ carers that children should not bring products containing nuts to school. This is due to certain allergies within the school. Thank you for your support with this important issue.
Welcome Back
Welcome back to all children, parents and members of our community. The boys and girls looked fantastic in their full school uniform. A real credit to all parents/ carers. We look forward to working in partnership to provide the very best opportunities for our children!

50th Anniversary Garden Party
A fantastic time was had by all at our 50th anniversary garden party. Children showcased their knowledge and skills by leading parents and members of the community on a scavenger hunt round our vegtable beds, mini beast hotel, sensory garden and ornamental plants.
Our fabulous parent council lead a community event with the mounted police, dog handlers, fire brigade and various sweet treats!
Thank you to everyone helped organise this celebration that brought members of our community together.
Great Glen Bake Off Winners
And the winner of The Great Glen Bake Off 2016 is… Erin Wallace!!!! 2nd place Leo Simpson and 3rd place Macie Miller. Well done to all entrants and our winners.

50th Anniversary Garden Party Update
Please find attached a copy of our Garden Party Newsletter.
In our quest to make this a free event we have asked that children bring a donation of shop bought cakes/ biscuits to school on Thursday 9th June. These will be used for part of the children’s celebrations.
If you have not already pre ordered your balloon for realise at 4.00pm please send your child’s slip with payment of 50p to the school office by Friday morning.
Community Event – 3.00-4.00pm
Children must be accompanied by an adult. Hot dogs, candy floss, raffles, enterprise items and 50th anniversary memorabilia will be available to purchase.
Dynamic Earth
P2/3 had a great time at Dynamic Earth yesterday. The boys and girls demonstrated excellent listening and behaviour at all times. Well done everyone!
