Today P1b participated in the ‘Ready, Steady, Cook!’ challenge by making some delicious leek and potato soup. We thoroughly enjoyed chopping the leeks and parsley and particularly loved tasting the soup once it was ready! The recipe (pictured below) was so easy to follow. We hope Mrs Martin enjoyed the soup. Thank you to Mrs Kelly for all your help.
I loved your potato and leek soup!!! It was so delicious that I have sneaked some home for my dinner. I won’t say what young man said “it is better than my grannies”.
