Xs Taekwon-do instructors came to visit us today. There were about 10 instructors.

In one of the pictures the Taekwon-do Instructors are doing a show and it was fantastic. They did a jump over 4 other instructors and then kicked a piece of wood in half. At the start they did a 10 minute show to music and they did a lots of different demonstrations. Then for the last 20 minutes we were doing a lot of kicking and punching it was really really fun. There is so many different kind of kicks.
