Ready for our October Holiday!

P1/2 have been very busy recently, they wanted to share some of their learning over the past few weeks. They all deserve a little rest over the holidays since they have been working their socks off!

Summer – We planted our peas and we have taken them home to look after.

Ruth – The primary 2’s have been learning to count in tens and units.

Andrew – We played football manager and flower shop manager to help us with our tens and units.

Rory McInness – We have been learning to write the number 8.

Lewis – We done stations with Lego and hedgehogs, autumn leaves matching games.

Maxwel – We were playing a game about tens and units and it was a shark game.

William – We have been sorting our numbers with the ipads.

Emily – We were learning about Norma Noun. She helps us to find nouns in our sentences.

Rory M – Nouns can be people, things and places.

Lillian – We went over to the library because there was magic show going on.

Ellie – Meg (Mrs Mclaren’s daughter) read us two stories called ‘Life is Magic’ and ‘Pigeon Pi’.

James Thomas – I bought pigeon Pi.

Evie – We went to the hall to do gymnastics with P3 and turned into different animals. My favourite animal was the Giraffe.

Have A lovely October Break everyone!
