Yoga

We did some yoga in P.E.  The breathing helped us to stretch and relax.  Mrs MacDonald told us to try just the breathing sometimes in class and it might help us concentrate!  Some of the yoga stands were really hard and we needed good balance.  We did some partner ones too which were good fun to try but really hard too!
