On Tuesday Primary 4 and Primary 6 were invited to the official opening of the Cultural Centre. There was a story teller there called Gerry Durken. He told us lots of interesting stories, but not all of them had a good ending. Gerry made lots of different twists in his stories that we didn’t expect! The first story told was about an ice kingdom and there was a prince called handsome prince, a queen called the queen with the cold cold heart and two princesses called princess with a bad cough and the princess that was very beautiful but very sad. We had actions and noises to make each time he said their names – it was so funny!
Gerry also played songs he wrote on his guitar, one of them was called the Dundee ghost. In the song the Dundee ghost at a certain point of the song we had to make a ghost noise.He said we were great at the noise.
