Learning about how babies are nurtured is part of our health and wellbeing this month. So we  made some food that we all ate when we were being weaned onto solids.

On the menu was

  • puréed potato
  • pureed carrot
  • stewed apples
  • yoghurt
  •  custard
  • mashed banana
  • porridge
