Keavie – You can use scale to measure the weight of something. We used it to measure kilograms in our baking.
Lewis – I know when measuring volume that even though the basin looked wider the bucket held more water.
Lianne – When measuring length you can use metres and centimetres. I know that 100 cm is the same as 1 m.
Cate – When measuring area you must measure the whole surface. I know that cubes cover more surface area than counters.
Matthew – I know a baby is weighed in pounds.
