Primary 2/3 have worked SO SO hard the past few weeks on our Fairtrade food topic. We have worked in our co-op groups and used the Apps Pages and Comic Life to create our own very own Fairtrade recipes.
We have been selling our recipe books every day this week to children in the school, and our Parents.
We have also been lucky enough to make a few of our Fairtrade recipes. We found it really fun, especially when we got to mix the banana bread with our hands (don’t worry…they were clean). We also found it very hard not to eat all the ingredients!!!! We made them as a HUGE thank you to the Primary 7’s for lending us the money to be able to carry out our project.
We would again like to give a HUGE thank you to the Primary 7’s and Mrs White…we could not have done this without you!!!!!!
We have raised lots so far, and were not finished yet!! Tune into our blog next week to see our final total……………
