Horror Trailer Premiere Party

As part of their course, the Media class of 2018-19 were given an assignment to create a trailer for a horror film. They researched a variety of horror film trailers, created their own storylines for their horror films, acted, operated cameras, wrote scripts, scouted locations, filmed and edited their own trailer. We rolled out the red carpet, dusted of the ballgowns and tuxedos and put the champagne on ice in celebration. Coatbridge High School’s English and Media department had a premiere party for pupils, friends and families to view the fabulous work. It was a lovely night – great to see so many parents and guardians in attendance. It was great for parents and guardians to see what pupils actually do as part of their coursework and share their successes. We cannot wait until our next event!
