The Visions and Values group worked together with staff, pupils and parents to find out what we at Caldervale believe in as a community and what we want to achieve. We organised surveys, collated and refined this information and finally, with the amazing input of the Pupil Council, devised our Mission Statement.
All of the statements were constructed by pupils, using the values and aims that were identified as being most important within the completed surveys.
