P1-4 Activities – Tuesday 28th April
Good morning!
When I was out cutting my grass yesterday (yaaaawn), do you know what I saw?
I will give you a clue. It was a living thing that hops around.
Yes, I saw a kangaroo!
But not really.
I saw a frog! Let’s celebrate by looking at the life cycle of a frog this week!
You can find out all about the life cycle here:
After you learn ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING there is to know about frogs, here are some activities you could try this week either by yourself, with a friend or with a family member! Remember, you do not have to do all of these activities, just anything you can do to keep your brain hopping!
You could also practice drawing/making frogs, tadpoles and even frogs’ eggs. This could be on paper, using junk materials, or even drawing outside on the ground using chalk!
Aaaaaaaand finally, why not try and write a story about a frog? It could be a superhero frog! A princess frog! An evil frog! A teacher frog!
Hope you have a nice and hoppy day!
Mr McNab
P.S. Here are some Literacy and Maths activities for today. As always, do whatever you can, whenever you can, however you can! Be safe!
