P2 Newlands Farm Visit
Primary 2 were very excited to visit a working dairy farm as part of their milk and farming topic. We were given a tour by Andrew from Newlands Farm which is close by the school. His farm has beef and dairy cows and supplies the milk to Marks and Spencer. Pupils were very lucky as we saw 2 calves that were just born last night! They also got to sit in a tractor and see inside the milking shed.
