Primary 6 children had a great day out at People’s Palace.

We got the bus into Glasgow and walked down to Glasgow Green. We were lucky that the sun was shining so got a play in the park before we went round the museum. After that we had lunch before our workshop on The Slave Trade where we learned a lot of new facts and got to see some of the equipment that was used on the slaves.

Class of the term

We have all worked so hard this term to earn class pints for our hard work in class, our home work, our manners and of course taking care of our brown trout. Our hard work paid off and we won class of the term!

This afternoon we got our treat, we all voted for a onesie afternoon and we watched Paddington Bear.

We got to wear our onesies and bring in pillows and we curled up in class to watch our movie. We even got some juice, crisps, sweets and chocolate! It was fantastic!
