This week was health week and we have had lots of fun doing different sports and activities.
On Monday we had badminton with Ross Sweeny from Active School. He taught us how to move properly, how to hold the racket, how to do keepie upies with the shuttle and then we played some games.
We have also made a healthy snack this week. We had a choice of different crackers, philadelphia, sour cream, ham, chicken, onions, tomatoes and cucumber. We made tasty and healthy snacks!
The health committee made a treasure hunt for us. We had to go outside to find 15 flags and take a picture of them. Next we went inside to research which country each flag represented.
Today we had sports day out on Chryston High School pitches. We had various races in each of our year groups. We did hurdles, a bean bag on your head race and a flat race. We also watched and supported other year groups. Well done to all the winners!
