Sushi

Last Monday P6 made sushi. I loved it but most of the class didn’t like it. We used nori sheets (seaweed), rice, avocado, cucumber and peppers. We had the rice boiled before hand so the process was quicker. We used a sharp knife to cut the fruit. We put a thin layer of rice on two thirds of the nori sheet and placed the ingredients in the middle of the rice. We then rolled the unfolded sushi with cling film and then the sushi was born!

In maths we have been learning about multiples. A multiple is a number a number can be divided in to. We also learned about prime numbers which is a number that can only be divided by one and itself.

In literacy we have started our groups/ The Whizz Kids and Master Minds.

In P.E yesterday we had to play football with the P7!
