Sushi Making

For our topic our class made sushi. First we chopped cucumber, avocado and peppers. After that we spread rice out on a sheet of nori (nori is flattened seaweed) and put the vegetables on top. The we rolled it up and cut it into sections. The sushi was extremely delicious. Here are some reports on the sushi.

Adrianna: “The sushi tasted delicious”

Gregor: “I liked the sushi”

Coral: “I thought the sushi tasted like sushi”

Oisin: “Seaweed + rice = sushi”

Christie: “The sushi was nice but a bit too chewy”

Harris: “I liked making the sushi, it was fun, the rice was really, really sticky”

Abigail: “I think the sushi was very grumpy”

Caoimhe: “I am addicted to sushi it was gone in less than 10 seconds”

Miss MacLean: “It was great fun, everyones sushi looked fantastic and it tasted yummy too!”
