Our November learning

Recently we have been learning about the 1960s. Currently we have been practising and rehearsing our dance moves to ‘hard days night’ and ‘twist and shout’ two iconic Beatles songs. Our dances consist of various 1960s style dance including the shake , the swim and the twist and many more of our own creative ideas. We also have joined with the p7s and shared our dances with each other. We have also been performing to improve our singing voices at a further radius In the hall. As well as testing our voices we have moved up on to the stage to check the formations and positions of everyone to make sure they would be seen.

Although we have been spending a lot of time in topic we have also been learning about improper fractions. We have been displaying the tenths  , decimal and percentages to make us understand all aspects of of improper fractions. An improper fraction is when the numerator( the top part) is bigger than the denominator like 5/4.
