What P6/7 were doing this week !!!

P6/7’s class this week we  have been practicing the words for Scottish month and our songs are Donald Where’s Your Trousers and  New Shoes.

In maths we also did perimeter with Mrs Cornwell, perimeter is the outside measurement of a shape put together to get the total perimeter.

In gym we have been practicing for the athletics and also skipping and dodge ball  the P7’s have been going to the high school for gym  they have been doing gymnastics they learned how to do different shapes and moves it is very hard but fun as well.  P6’s have been doing skipping and Mrs White  told us to try double dutch but it was very hard but we will all get the hang of it soon.

In expressive arts p6 have been looking at Charles Rennie Macintosh and creating our own stain glass windows while P7 have been painting pictures like Jack Vettriano

by Alicia, Eve, Leah R, Ella, Ross and Erin.
