P6 Victorian Timeline

Today Primary 6 were creating a Victorian Timeline from 1837 to 1901 they are important because that is when Queen Victoria became queen and also sadly passed away. They were doing these because they were learning all about the Victorians.

Bonus Fact: Queen Victoria only wore black after her husband Albert passed away because she loved him very much.

Thank you for reading.

Children in Need Fundraising Day

Morningside Primary’s Pupil Council has been thinking about Children in Need. They have come up with a few different ideas;

Bake Sale: 20p an item

Art Competition: 20p an entry (design a Pudsey patch )

Dress Down :ÂŁ1 to wear your own spotty, yellow or Pudsey themed clothes

Exercise: Zumba

Face Paint: 50p for a Pudsey patch and a little black nose

Round Pound: Children in need are still accepting the old pound coins, if you have any at home then your child could bring them in and donate them to Children in Need.

All of these events will be taking place throughout the day on Tuesday the 14th of November.
