Room 13 have been improving their skills in Badminton during PE sessions this term!

Our First Week in Room 13
We have certainly had a busy first week in Room 13 with P3/4. We have been working hard to learn new routines and all about our new classmates and teacher. We have also been revising our phonemes from last year as well as practising our addition and subtraction skills!
Our PE days are Monday (outdoor) and Friday (indoor). Kit can be brought in on a Monday and taken home on a Friday afternoon.

Beat the Street
Every child should have by now brought home their ‘Beat the Street’ fob/key-ring, map and information pack for parents. Parents please remember to register your card and choose Lawmuir as your home team. Remember to scan as many boxes as you can and help us climb the leader board. Easter Creativity in Room 12
The boys and girls have had a very creative week in Room12. They have enjoyed a range of active learning tasks from the Easter story on our ActivPanel, creating their own personal painted egg, making an Easter chick/bunny box, card making, outdoor egg roll and the Easter bonnet/ hat parade in the gym hall. The Easter bonnets made at home were fantastic! Thank you. Hope you have a great Easter weekend.

Primary 3 Sports Festival March 2016
The boys and girls in Primary 3 had a terrific time at Wishaw Sports Centre today. They enjoyed a carousel of indoor and outdoor activities such as rugby, football, tennis, dance and taekwondo. Well done boys and girls!
