The comments you have left have been very enjoyable to read and given me a real insight into what you guys like (and sometimes don’t like) about English. I can then use this information to help me plan our future lessons and make English fun for everyone! So…keep blogging!

Literacy Star of the Month

If writing stories for fun is something that you enjoy, then take part in the ‘Literacy Star of the Month’ competition run in the English department.

Each month you will be given a different genre, title or style of writing to use and we will be looking for the best piece of writing to win the award. Winners will have their stories framed and displayed and will also receive a certificate and prize!

So what are you waiting for…get writing!
