New Online e-Payments and Cashless Catering System for Schools
As you may be aware from previous communications, we will be changing our catering and school payments IT systems from ParentPay to iPayImpact on the 18th October 2021.
iPayimpact can be used to purchase school meals and snacks but will also be used for trips, events, tickets, and the school shop so that the entire school is cashless. You can access this through a desktop PC, tablet, or a mobile phone enabling you to review payments, purchase history and current balance anytime, anywhere.
PRE-ORDER
You can also now pre-order meals for your child up to 1 week in advance, ensuring that your child receives the meal of their choice. Please note that this will usually be 3 weeks in advance, however, due to the current national distribution issues, we have had to restrict to 1 week.
EXISTING PARENTPAY BALANCES
Please note any existing balance you may have on your ParentPay account will be automatically transferred and you will be able to start making payments via iPayImpact from 18th October 2021.
If you wish to access meals/snacks (free or paying) or make any purchases from the school eg trips, tie etc you must register for an iPayImpact account.
