VISIBLE LEARNING
As a forward-thinking and innovative school, we are committed to embedding the principles of current research to raise attainment.
In collaboration with the Professional Learning Academy (PLA), staff have been trained in the principles of Visible Learning driven by John Hattie. Curriculum workshops on Visible Learning have been run for parents for the last two years. For any parents unable to attend, here is a leaflet to give you more information:

Treehouse Health and Wellbeing Resource:
We have recently purchased and will be trialing a new resource to support mental and emotional wellbeing. We hope to share more information with you at next session’s curriculum night.
Internet Safety:
This is celebrated annually and permeates all lessons involving technology. Children are taught about internet safety in a variety of ways, and this is reinforced throughout the year. We work in partnership with our Campus police officer, PC Arthur, to highlight the importance of this, and children are required to consent to our digital safety agreement before accessing technology in the classroom.
