Scotland loves languages – to celebrate the diverse languages throughout the world we have been challenged to video ourselves reading our favourite book and adding a language twist. Look at the words in the story and test yourself to find out how to say certain words in a different language. It does not have to be complicated, it can simply be a number, animal, colour etc that can be changed from English to another language 😊 You can simply say most of the sentence in English and change 1 or 2 words in the sentence or you can show off your skills and translate a full sentence!

Literacy – Writing – The Mysterious Parcel – In your literacy booklet there is a section for writing about a mysterious parcel! Can you use the information given and your VCOP mat to tell me about the journey you had with the mysterious parcel? Remember to have a start, middle and end to your story and make it as exciting as possible.
Numeracy – CfE Book 1a – Chapter 19 Page 169. Can you complete question 4 and 5 from this page using your knowledge of bar graphs?
HWB – Health and Wellbeing – Your health and wellbeing is extremely important and I want to make sure we are all taking time to look after ourselves and appreciate the amazing things we all have in our lives, especially at this moment in time. Below the class timetable is a wellbeing Calendar. Have a read through and choose a few activities to complete. The calendar will be available each week.
