Did you know that it is Mental Health Week?
This year, the theme is anxiety. Here’s some of the Shelf Help books available to help you with anxiety and being the best you can be.
Other titles available in the library, so pop in to see what’s available.
Mrs Vaughan is delighted with the new book stands which display the weekly displays and new books much better. You can see the book covers and something may jump out at you as a must read!
Displays change weekly so remember to pop in and see what available. Recent displays have included LGBT+ and Here be dragons!
