DISPOSAL FORM

When purchasing new devices, it is important to dispose of old devices to free up space in your school.  Old, unsupported devices impact negatively on your network and affect performance of other newer devices.

Disposal forms should be logged as a job request on the IT portal.  IT Services will arrange an uplift from Retek, our approved company.

INTERACTIVE PANELS

We do not have central support for interactive panels.

Please  e-mail  helpdesk.scotland@kinly.com for faults with  Promethean ActivPanels.

The cost effectiveness of repairs should be taken into consideration before approving a repair.  Kinly (formerly AVMI) are currently our approved supplier of Promethean panels.
