WORKOUT FOR ALL
Below is a link to a Spongebob themed whole body workout. Why not try and do it everyday to keep you fit and healthy? Watch out for Patrick’s pushups…they are my favourite hehe.
THINKING AND MOVING CHALLENGES FOR ALL
Lets get our body and mind active. Some links to different movement challenges. If you don’t have a tennis ball use a pair of socks or a couple of plastics bags rolled up.
Why not try making up your own challenge up? If you do send me a video and I can share it for others to try out. Good luck!
FUN COMPETITIVE THROWING GAME FOR ALL
Have a go at this game. Pair of socks each and something to aim into…easy. Change the exercises each round: press-ups, burpees, lunges, situps, squat jumps…. you choose! Have fun!!
