With the second week in already, the children have been very busy this week with writing and maths. We also had a visit from Meg Lowe for ‘Bible Alive’ for the older children.
Here are some of their reflections from this week:
Olivia P7:
In maths I was learning about the metric system. I can now use a seven column table and I can name the basic and other units of measuring distance. i.e. Kilometers, meters and centimeters and meters I found this interesting.
I found my dictation and spelling pattern (au) quite easy this week although I did struggle with ‘audience’ and ‘authority’ Next week I would like some harder words.
Rowan P6:
Today we did Bible alive with Meg Lowe. We started from when God made Earth. First we did a interview of Noah’s Ark. I was the interviewer and Olivia was Noah. Then we did some sign Language. I like doing this and would love to carry on with it.
