Our P7 Girls Football team have recently played in 2 tournaments with other Midlothian School teams. We are very proud of our girls, who battled very cold and rainy weather on both occasions. Their team spirit and perseverance helped them to win many games. They were such good sports and enjoyed the opportunity to practise their skills. We look forward to the next round of tournaments starting in March 2017.

P7 WWII Homestudy
This term P7 pupils have been asked to complete a home study on an aspect of World War II. After 5 weeks they will present their findings to their classmates. We will be spending 1 hour per week in school on this, as well as working on key listening and talking skills. Attached is the letter which was sent home on Friday.
Parent Partnerships
P7 would like to say a huge thank you to our parent helpers who have come in to support our reading. Mrs Neil, Mrs Sime, Mrs Doig and Mrs Kane have supported our learners by taking part in valuable dialogue linked to our reading books and this is appreciated by the teachers and our learners. We look forward to continuing to work with you.
