Lomond View Academy is excited to have launched a programme providing a motivational learning environment for young people in their 4th year. The programme is designed to provide young people with the skills, qualities and qualifications to ensure they are ready to move onto a positive destination at the end of their 4th year.
We work with external agencies and partners such as Princes Trust, Community Learning and Development and Action for Children offering alternative qualifications and life skills. We work with Developing Young Work force who provide invaluable work experience for our young people to get a sample of employment pathways. We offer a variety of SQA qualifications at National level and provide bespoke training programmes designed to reflect the requirements from both college and employers.
Our aim is to create successful learners who can develop into confident young people, who have the personal and academic skills to enter a positive destination at the end of their school year.
