Although it is important to identify where we are now, it is not enough to stop there. We need to reflect upon how we can develop the skills where we are less confident and how we can transfer the skills in which we are confident and competent.

Activity 2

 I will open up a debate between others on the course questioning many different aspects of the teaching profession.

 Taking Notes  I will ensure that I do not continue to take so many notes as I have noticed. This will help me to understand what I have learnt and to do some further research into what I have heard from inputs.
